Partnership and education are key to our approach

Whether you own 1/4 acre or thousands of acres, proper native land management has a positive impact on the ecosystem. No project is too big or too small.

At KINLM, we approach land management holistically and emphasize owner education in all we do. Since our founding in Ohio in 2021, we have expanded to multiple states, helping landowners of all sizes align their objectives and expectations in the near- and long- terms with our signature Step 1 to Step Done approach.

When you work with us, you’re choosing a comprehensive solution for land management instead of a provider that specializes in a singular service.

We recommend solutions that work for you, for the land, and for the legacy of the property. Once a project is completed, we ensure you are enabled with the knowledge for long term sustainability and desired results for generations to come.

KINLM is licensed, insured and a certified USDA Technical Service Provider

KINLM has been designated as an approved Technical Service Provider (TSP) by the US Department of Agriculture - Natural Resources Conservation Service.

TSPs are rigorously vetted and officially certified in providing technical services according to USDA-NRCS standards for conservation activities. They work on behalf of NRCS to deliver high quality conservation services and help farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners comply with Federal, state, tribal, and local laws and regulations.

When you work with a TSP, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for conservation activities implemented on your property via one of the USDA’s many cost-share programs, to include: Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP). Real change takes time.

At KINLM, we always ask landowners their objectives and remind them that proper land management does not happen overnight. In some cases, it takes anywhere from a year to ten or more years to realize the full benefits of a land management action taken today.

It is important to us to set expectations regarding the scope, longevity, and associated resources to achieve landowner objectives. We encourage our customers to ask us questions and strive to educate them on the “why” behind what we do at KINLM.
